Since our founding, Cannabis for Comfort has been known for quality services, exceptional efficiency and the highest level of professionalism. Our goal is to provide natural alternative care to those who qualify. While taking the stress out of the medical card process. Our team QMP’s (Qualified Medical Providers) will perform in home visits to assess for eligibility of a medical card.

With QMP approval and prescription, another member of our team will then guide the patient through the entire medical card application process. Applying for a medical card can be confusing and frustrating, but it doesn’t have to be. Cannabis for Comfort is here for you, start to finish. All within the comfort of your own home.

Utah's Qualifying Conditions:

Terminal illness when the person’s life expectancy is less than 6 months – A condition resulting in the individual receiving hospice care – Alzheimer’s disease – Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis – Cancer – HIV or acquired immune deficiency syndrome – Multiple sclerosis or persistent debilitating muscle spasms – Autism – Cachexia – Chron’s disease or ulcerative colitis – Epilepsy or debilitating seizures – Chronic Pain – PTSD (with MD referral) – Rare conditions that affect less than 200,000 individuals in the U.S. – Persistent Nausea (With MD referral)

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. Payment for the selected service is required the day the appointment is made. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice. Any appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment will be refunded 100% of service price. Any appointments canceled in less than 24 hours notice will be non-refundable. Each service is non-refundable once a visit has been performed. If QMP determines a medical card cannot be prescribed upon assessment the individual may be refunded up to 50% of the subject service charge.
